Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

This is the first time I made these potatoes, and they were so good! I made them to go with my Jack Daniel's Glaze and steak we had last week.

Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

2 lbs. potatoes, washed and chunked
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 stick margarine
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste.

Boil potatoes for 15-20 or until tender. Drain. Add milk, salt & pepper, and butter. Use electric mixer to mash potatoes for very creamy, non-lumpy potatoes. When potatoes are mashed, mix in cheese until well blended.

those sound really good! A little garlic powder would be good added to it.
