I love this dip!! I don't like spinach, but this dip makes it good!! This is my great grandmother's recipe.Spinach Dip
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
10 oz. spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 King's Hawaiian round bread loaf
Hollow out bread and save pieces for dipping. Cover until ready to serve. Mix remaining ingredients well. Let chill for about and hour. Spoon dip into bread bowl.
(You will get more dipping bread that what is shown in the picture. I didn't hollow it out all of the way.)

We do this lots! I couldn't believe the boys would each spinach this way :)
We used to have this at my cousin's in Canada and loved it. We don't get that bread here but I am sure any round loaf will go well with it. By the way we all love spinach! Thanks for the recipe : )
