Blueberry Salsa



2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3-4 jalapeno rings (or 1 T chopped)
1/4 c. red onion
1/3 c. red pepper
1 lime (for juice)
salt
Chop all ingredients, mix together, add lime juice (chunky). Or, put all in food processor and add lime juice (non-chunky). Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving. Good with chips or on grilled chicken or pork.
