Tres Leches Cake

I really love this cake! This recipe was given to me by Jill, a former Spanish professor of mine, and it's just so moist!! It is so moist that you have to spoon it out of the pan.

1 yellow cake mix
2 c. heavy whipping cream (one pint)
1 sm can evaporated milk
1 sm can sweetened condensed milk
Tub of Cool Whip or other whipped topping
Strawberries, sliced

Bake cake according to box directions. Mix milks in a medium bowl. Right out the oven, poke cake with a fork and pour over milks. Let chill overnight. Top with Cool Whip and strawberries.
